    I rent frequently from the East Syracuse office for my work. The staff is professional and always friendly. My wait times for picking up and dropping off are always quick. Their grounds/property could use a litter clean up though.

    I registered for 1 car style and rep wanted to switch me to a van or large SUV. I declined and was assigned a car. I prepaid for fuel, less than 1/2 tank. Upon return I was charged for more fuel and for a large car. The rep did adjust both items but commented that he will "take my word" for the discrepancy. I felt his manners were a bit demeaning and questioning my character. Not a good way to do business.
